He is survived by: his wife Eviline; his children, Pennie (Don), Mark, Tom (Debbie), Carl (Marilyn) and Kevin; his sisters, Eve Carter, Dot Morris and Fran Colpitts (Chuck); his son Ric; his brother Carl; his parents, Dick O'Neil and Mabel O'Neil; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Carter and Jack Morris. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great, great grandson.
