She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce Brown and Evan Brown of Kimberley, B. C.; and her brother Garth Brown. She is survived by: her children, Velma (Arie), Mike (Sophia), Carl and Rusty (Marcel); her grandchildren, Russ (Nicole), Mikalyn (Ryan), Kai and Darby; and her great grandchild Lily.
