Geraldine Alice Holmes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2020, at the age of 87, Geraldine Alice Holmes (Cranbrook, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Alward and Margaret Alward; her husband Albert Holmes; her daughter Pat Pighin; her grandchildren, Amy Jensen and Lane Holmes; and her siblings, Iris MacFarlane, Lillian Ferguson, Joyce Ross and Ray Alward.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Nemisz (Peter), Gail Cummings (Wes), Leah Lockton (Doug), Maxine Middleton (Albert) and Bill Holmes (Kateri); her grandchildren, Chad Pighin (Angie), Marty Pighin (Laci), Lyndsay Osterlund (Nathan), Lisa Jensen, Luke Cummings (Amy), Shelby Cummings (Dan), Stephanie Halldorson (Rob), Steven Hrisook (Adie), Jordon, Mike, Lorelle Holmes, Jack Middleton (Elesha) and Nick Middleton (Tyra); her great grandchildren, Dylan, Porter Pighin, Chezney, Coy Pighin, Ryatt, Kenzie Osterlund, Londyn, Aubree Halldorson and Kasen Hrisook; her stepgrandchildren, Nick, Jessica, Sarah, Emmitt, Katie, Logan and Hunter; and her niece Gerri. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, lifelong friends.
