She was predeceased by: her husband Presley Ellis; her parents, Wilbert Armstrong and Elizabeth Armstrong; her siblings, Alan Armstrong (Bunny) and Muriel Lyons; and her grandson Lance Mulligan.

She is survived by: her children, Aubrey Ellis (Sharon) of Cranbrook, BC and Diane Mulligan of Edson, AB; her grandchildren, Chelsea Stevens (Andy), Amy Ellis (Jeanine), Tara Ellis (Lindsay), Curtis Mulligan (Kylie) and Janelle Mulligan; her great grandchildren, Mercedes and Paislee; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Betker (Herb), Lois Powell (Frank) and Delores Ellis.
