He is survived by: his wife Janis; his son Thomas (Shawna); his granddaughters, Aubrey and Madison; his mother Barbara (late George); and his siblings, Jennifer Howse (Martin), Susan Dalrymple (Bob), Allen Sampson and Jack Sampson (Tina). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
