It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winnifred Cecelia Semenchuk (Courtenay, British Columbia), who passed away on February 2, 2024, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Offer and Cecelia Offer; her husband Steve; her son Roy; and her brothers, George, Stanley, Harold and Roy.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Elaine; and her siblings-in-law, Elaine Offer, Anna Offer, Ann Glidden and Michael Semenchuk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
