She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic Zyla; and her parents, John Gdanski and Apolonia Gdanski. She is survived by: her children, Gary Zyla, Ken Zyla (Gayle), David Zyla (Beverley Truman), Louise Bitz (Brendan), Elaine Durette (Jules), John Zyla (Dana Clay), Gail Szostek (Janusz) and Christine Zyla (Terry Senuik); and her sister Mary (Ludwig). She is also survived by her four sons and four daughters, and their spouses, 21 grandchildren, and 28 great grandchildren.
