He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Deeton and Marie Deeton; and his former wife Elaine Deeton. He is survived by: his wife Iris Peterson; his sisters, Mary McManus (Trent Taylor) and Linda Barfoot (David); his stepchild Lee Anne Ward; his nieces and nephews, Kathleen McCadam (Scott), Ryan Barfoot (Karin Westland), Tara Kelly (Dave) and Sean Barfoot (Michelle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Connor, Reilly McCadam, Oliver, Autumn Kelly, Wren, River Barfoot, Ted and Hazel Barfoot; his stepgrandchildren, Derek Halls, Jessica Halls (Will Zorn) and Mark Halls (Kelly Rudling); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Conner, Jack, Caleb Halls, Mikayla, Zoe Zorn, Chloe and Mackenzie Halls.
