She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Cotton and Thomas Cotton; and her stepmother Lorainne Cotton. She is survived by: her husband Jim Cathrea; her children, Jeff Cathrea (Cheryl Duval) and Jamie Panter (Todd Panter); her granddaughters, Victoria Panter, Soliel Duval and Genavie Duval; and her pet Zoey.
