We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2021, at the age of 73, Frances Margaret Witzel (Courtenay, British Columbia), born in Regina, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mac Witzel and Inamae Witzel; her children, Deidre, Heidi (James) and Brian; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Chloe, Noah and Emily.

In lieu of flowers Fran requested that donations be made to the BC Flood Relief fund through the Red Cross.
