It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Garlock of Courtenay, British Columbia, born in Lamont, Alberta, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sons, Rick (Christmas) of Courtenay and Kevin (Karolee) of Victoria; her brother Lawrence of Burnaby; her grandchildren, Cody and Kaylynn; and her close friends, Pat of Courtenay, Sue of Courtenay and John (Dawn) of Courtenay.
