She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Higgins and Fred Higgins. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Patricia Roed (Wes) of Campbell River and John Ellwood (Jackie) of Victoria; her grandchildren, Ryan, Corbin, Spencer Roed and Ashley Ellwood (Graeme); her niece Delaine (Paul); and her nephew Gordon (Colleen). She is also survived by her extended family and many, many good friends.
