He was predeceased by: his mother Irene; and his siblings, Sandra, Barbara and Allen. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his siblings, Rick (Susan) and Gail; his children, Tracey, Jodie and Dan (Phyllis); his grandchildren, Erik (Alyssa), Rachel, Lindsey, Misty, Danielle (Kat), Abby (Jacob), Dakota (Hayley) and Taja; and his great grandchildren, Dominic, Jaxson and Willow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In honor of David's memory, donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada or the Brain Injury Association would be greatly appreciated.
