She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Gaylord and Helen Gaylord; and her brother-in-law Morris Werenko of Fort Frances, Ontario.. She is survived by: her husband Alan 'Joe Werenko; her children, Cathy Hoard (Rod) of Atikokan, Ontario, Bud Bablitz (Shannon) of Black Creek, BC and Marc Hutchinson (Ally) of Vancouver, BC; her stepdaughters, Jennifer Legault (Erni) of Waterloo and Nichole Wagner of Waterloo, Ontario; her grandchildren, Maddy, Brady, Evan, Noah, Jack, Connor, Charlie and Finn; and her brothers, Barry Gaylord (Shirley) of Pinawa and Brian Gaylord (Debbie) of Fort Frances.

She was most proud of her five years of volunteering at 'The Views' care home in Comox … stopped only because of COVID.
