He was predeceased by: his parents, Leigh and Violet; his sister Dawn; and his brother-in-law Paddy. He is survived by: his daughter Tannis Lee; and his siblings, Kathy, Peggy (Tom) and Ken (Juanita). He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews, and a huge list of friends.
Wayne has requested to not have a service, and for people to donate to a charity of their choice, raise a can of lucky, and cheer for the Jays and the "Damn Canucks"!!!
