He was predeceased by: his wife Theo. He is survived by: his children, Bradley (Deborah) and Laurenne (Ken); his grandchildren, Jaron, Kyra and Kyle; and his sister Carol (George). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
