He is survived by: his wife Hsiu Chen Wu; his children, Jeanne Chow (Kenny), Kenny Wu (Susanna) and Wendy Won (Raymond); his grandchildren, Melissa McPherson (Colin), Sylvia Cleaver (Spencer), Tiffany Huynh (Vu), Jason Chow (Tasha), Lawrence Chow (Natalie), Brian Wu, John Wu, Lyndon Won, Tyler Won and Connor Won; and his great grandchildren, Ella McPherson, Aiden McPherson, Axel Cleaver, Cora Cleaver, Carter Huynh, Clara Huynh and Leon Chow. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
