He was predeceased by: his parents, Ching Fu and Fung Yi. He is survived by: his sister De Jian; his wife Shih Min; his children, Teresa, Titus (Evan) and Amy (Alex); his grandsons, Arthur and Alistair; and his siblings, Tommy (Marian) and De Qiu (Ying Pu).
