It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Girard of Coquitlam, British Columbia, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on April 26, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Yvonne; and his sister Louise. He is survived by: his sisters, Jeannette Vegt (Jack), Anita Miotto and Suzanne Watson (Andy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
