She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick Sands and Martha; her daughter Karen Lynne (James Paterson Anderson); and her sister Helen. She is survived by: her son Sebastien (Dale); her daughter-in-law Francine; her granddaughter Ashley; her grandson-in-law Terry Otto; her grandsons, Carter and Tyler James; her niece Joan (Jack Crawford); her great-nieces, Jenny and Amy; her great-nephew Andrew; her extended family, Joanne, Jack Beattie, Michelle, Clay and Lise; and also, Sage (Kim), Kathryn, Alex, Andre, Eileen, Paul and Nicole.
