He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Robert Carter and Darlene Ellen Long; and his stepfather Brian Ross McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Tanya; his children, Austin, Kylar and Alexa; his stepchildren, Kayla (Casey) and Justin; his grandson Declan; his siblings, Bruce (Lisa), Danah and Donna; and his stepbrother Brian. He is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncle's & friends.
