He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion and Ivan; and his stepfather Duane Landers. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Dean Hooker (Ashley), Kendra Drebit (Scott) and Brett Hooker; and his siblings, Beverly Fisher, Donny Urquhart (Bobbie), Leona Timmins (George) of Courtney and Nanaimo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
