He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kelly and Marjorie Kelly; and his mother-in-law Daisy Runicles. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Kelly; his children, Wendy Frame (Jody) and Jenny Vachon (Brent); his grandchildren, Neil Terence, Allison Dawn and Liz Kelly; his brother Rick Kelly (Betty); his significant other Maggie; and also, Wes (Shannon) and Matt Kelly.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Terry's honour can be made to the Piercy Water Shed and or Santa's Workshop.
