It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosie Olfert (Comox, British Columbia), born in Brooks, Alberta, who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Nielsen and Beck Nielsen; and her brother Gary Nielsen. She is survived by: her friend Maria Demers; and her brothers, Peter Nielsen (Dale), Ted Nielsen (Carol) and Larry Nielsen (Trudy). She is also survived by 5 grand children, 7 great grand children and 11 great great grand children.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Diabetes association may be made.
