He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Gregory Doll and Elizabeth Louise Doll (Jackson). He is survived by: his sons, Todd, David and Adam; his wife Margaret Ann Doll (Marchand); his brother Ben Doll; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew, Emily, Jacob, Samantha and Charlie.
