She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Demers; her mother Nelly Emms; her brother Robert Emms; and her son Andre Demers. She is survived by: her children, Dean Burgher (Karan), Deanna Burgher (Kris Freeland), Eileen Smith and Ross Demers (Chusia Rupert); and her brothers, Kenneth Emms (Cathie) and Earl Emms (Hilary). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family would like to suggest that donations be made in Pat's name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
