It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cornel Piper (Comox, British Columbia), who passed away on September 2, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Peter Piper and John Hrychuk; and his parents, Karp Hrychuck and Annie Hrychuck. He is survived by: his wife Rita Piper; his daughters, Tannis Gayer (Sheldon) and Tracey Bochinski (Brian); his grandchildren, Cierria, Marley and Taylor; and his siblings, Dave Piper (Gail), Nida Kerychuk, Mary Krawchuk (Paul), Elsie Myhal (Alex), Millia Tkachuk (Walter) and Anne Diachhun. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
