He was predeceased by: his former wives, Bridget Firth (Dowling) and Gail Firth (Sinclair). He is survived by: his wife Fay Firth (McLaughlan); his sister Shirley Walkley; his children, Julia Loveng (Gunnar), Teresa Firth (Ben) and Neil (Madona); his grandchildren, Weston (Anna), Brittany (Chris), Kelsey and Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Luka and Thorin.

In lieu of flowers those friends wishing to make memorial contributions in memory of Reg may do so to the North Okanagan Hospice Society.
