He was predeceased by: his siblings, Wilford, Lawrence, Mable and Betty; and his parents, William Bucknell and Sarah Bucknell.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Selbee (Allen), Charles Bucknell (Michelle), Roberta Doughman (Frank), Sarah Triechel (Peter) and Evan Bucknell; and his grandchildren, Lorne Selbee (Jennifer), Teresa Baker (Ron), Carla Donnelly (Ryan), Alison Triechel (Adam), Ricky Hiebert (Alyssa), Dylon Hiebert (Brittney), Howard Bucknell (Sarah) and Thomas Neudorf (Jenny).
