He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Leslie Downs; his sons, Vincent Downs (Cindy) and Justin Downs (Kayla); his mother Reta Downs; and his brother David Downs (Yvonne). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren (Caitlyn, Kirsten, Tori, Hayley, Jayden, Tiannah and Darian) and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
