He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Lake and Richard Lake. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his son Clayton; his siblings, Pam (Mark), Dan (Tinya) and Ross (Claudine); his nephew Kyle (Kassie); and his nieces, Nicole (Jess), Hailey and Brooklyn.
