He is survived by: his wife Johanna Damen (Anne) of Gendt; his children, John, Andy (Wanda) and Sandra (Doug); his grandchildren, Alicia (Connor), Tyler (Nickie), Jenna (Kyle), Peter (Alyssa) and Chrissy (Daryl); and his great grandchildren, Jack, Ben, Sam, Kate, Maia and Simon.
