He is survived by: his wife Dianne Lynne Moore; his sons, Dan, Wayne and Jason; his grandchildren, Brayden, Ryder, Connor, Eli, Haley and Gemma; his granddaughter-in-law Hailey; and his daughters-in-law, Dani, Shaina and Julie. He is also survived by his wife and family and his many friends.
