The memory of Martha Schroeder of Chilliwack, British Columbia, who passed away on December 31, 2024 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Martha may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ens and Anna Ens; her husbands, Bill Strahl and Fred Schroeder; her son Chuck; and her son-in-law Bob Massie.
She is survived by: her brother Ed; her children, Gary (Jeannie), Stan (Colleen) and Carole; and her daughter-in-law Deb. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, their spouses and 34 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Chilliwack Alliance Church (8700 Young Rd, Chilliwack, BC V2P4P4).
