Frances Deane Phillips Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2025, at the age of 77, Frances Deane Phillips (Chilliwack, British Columbia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Hedley and Molly Hedley; her spouse Chris; her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Debbie; her daughter Sandra Meinen (Phillips); her son-in-law Ben; her grandchildren, Harrison, Marissa, Erika, Emilie and Eryn; her sisters, Pat, Debbie and Sheila; and her brother-in-law Tony. She was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, cousins, grandnephews, and grandnieces.
