It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Strachan of Chetwynd, British Columbia, born in Doaktown, New Brunswick, who passed away on February 16, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Strachan and Rae Strachan; his child Kelly (Brandi); his grandson Kurt; his great grandchild Eric; his parents-in-law, Stella Rosenau and Jack Rosenau; his sisters-in-law, Agnes, Iona and Gloria; his wife Judy Strachan; his children, Kurt (Jaylene), Eric and Kayla (Nathan); his grandchildren, Ava, Ella, Jackson, Jett, Keston, Tucker, Presley, Harlynn, Bennett and Hendrix; his sisters, Margret (Duncan) and Barbra; and also, Kayla and James Strachan. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

At this time due to COVID-19 the Celebration of Donald's life will be held at a later date announced by the family.
