Irene Caraline Messmer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Caraline Messmer of Chase, British Columbia, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Herb; her parents, Lind Olsen and Lena Olsen; her siblings, Roy Olsen (Randi), Norma Olson (Anton) and Lloyd Olsen Jr.; and her parents-in-law, Ernest, Teresa Messmer, Victor Messmer (Elaine), Earl Messmer and Wally Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughter Marion Healey-Ogden (Gerry) of Kamloops; her grandchildren, Kyle Healey-Ogden (Robyn) of Regina, SK and Angela Healey-Ogden; her sister Esther Anderson of Kamloops; her sisters-in-law, Bea Henderson of Kelowna and Marie Messmer of Kamloops; and her extended family Norway. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the BC Alzheimer's Society or to a charity of your choice.
