It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rick Armstrong (Castlegar, British Columbia), born in Revelstoke, British Columbia, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna; his children, Rob Armstrong (Natasha), Jennifer Marcotte (Jeremy), Daniel Armstrong (Wendy), Erik Armstrong (Michelle) and Mari Bodden (Sam); and his parents, Dr. William Armstrong and Therese Armstrong. He was also cherished by his 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or the Canadian Lung Association are appreciated by the family, perhaps with a nice piece of chocolate in hand, in Rick's honour.
