He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Junius Stowell and Ruth Stewart Romney; his wife Carol Jean Metcalf; his sons, Sherman (Lori) of Stansbury Park, Utah and Kenneth (Heidi); his siblings, Devon (Lynette) of Newman Lake, Washington, Amanda (Brett Stuart) of Preston, Idaho., Jim and Joe; his sister-in-law Carole (Jim); his brother David (Patricia); and his sister-in-law Florence (Joe).
