He is survived by: his close friend Linda Degrazio; his children, Richard Otis, Nicole Power and Sonia Mahon; his granddaughter Shayla Goertzen; and his siblings, Jaucque Otis and Jocelyne Cloutier. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
