With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martinus Van Zeeland (Campbell River, British Columbia), who passed away on April 9, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Martinus Van departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Martinus Van. Though Martinus Van may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

He is survived by: his children, Marcel Van Zeeland (Patty), Helen Brown (Casey) and Laurens Van Zeeland; his grandchildren, Megan, Luke, Michelle (Shawn), Jamie and Jack; and his great grandchildren, Tieva and Briggs.
