With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elsie (Torhjelm) Pugh of Campbell River, British Columbia, born in Powell River, British Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 9, 2024 at the age of 93. She was predeceased by: her father Conrad Torhjelm; her siblings, Berna, Grace, Sonia and Charles; and her daughter Karen Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Arthur, Thomas, Daryl (Marilyn) and Kathryn (Lorne); and her caregivers, Jennifer, Sue, Camille, Eleazar, Stacey, Larry, Tom, Ruth and Elsie. She is also survived by family which includes 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren and many extended family.
