It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Rachel Toner (Campbell River, British Columbia), who passed away on August 13, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh McPhee and Mary McPhee Cindy. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Toner; her daughter Carrie Stockburn; her granddaughter Sophie Stockburn; her sisters, Lola Hamilton and Susan Mehmet; her parents-in-law, Cheryl Hayes, Brian and Stephen Toner; and her pets, Rosie and Oakley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
