He is survived by: his father Cyril Newman; his children, Catherine Gilroy, Debra Jennings (Rod) and David Newman (Sukh); his grandchildren, Ashley Cairns (Shane), Nicole Emmett (Kyle), Holly Nunn (Joe), Nanki Bains, Derrick Jennings and Tianna Jennings; and his pet Zachary. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
