She is survived by: her parents, Jim Hupka and Wendy Hupka; her sissy Tammy Yurkiw (Derek); her niece Kaitlyn Yurkiw (Josh); and her sister Lawnette Bleile (Mike). She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
