Luigi Napoletano Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Luigi Napoletano (Burnaby, British Columbia), who passed away on December 26, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Luisa and Maria Luisa; his brother Giovanni; his parents-in-law, Giuseppe and Teresa Gallo; and his siblings-in-law, Giovanni Bruno, Pierina Napoletano, Pia Napoletano, Antonio, Francesca Gallo, Carmela, Carmine Sorace, Teresa, Pietro Anania, Giuseppe Padovano, Alfonso Gallo, Carlo Gallo, Vittorio Mauro and Pietro Gallo.
He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Alfonso and Maria Luisa Cutri (Joe); his grandchildren, Gino Cutri and Caterina Gabriele (Joseph); his siblings, Rita Bruno, Daniele and Franco; and his sisters-in-law, Concetta Padovano, Pina Mauro, Vittoria Colavecchio (Ferdinando), Loreta Gallo and Linda Gallo.
A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church (555 Slocan St, Vancouver, BC V5K3X5). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ocean View Burial Park (The Abbey Mausoleum) (4000 Imperial St, Burnaby, BC V5J1A4).
