With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jean Macintosh (Burnaby, British Columbia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 27, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ian; her parents, Johann DeJong and Aaltje DeJong; and her siblings, Wytze, Gerrit, Willie and Sjonie.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon (Denine) and Sonja (Santino); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jesse, Deianeira and Giancarlo; her great grandchildren, Raya and Nolan; her brother Johann; and her extended family Holland.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Richmond Funeral Home (8420 Cambie Rd., Richmond, BC V6X1K1). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Pacific Heritage Cemetery (4305 Halifax St, Burnaby, BC V5C3T8).
