It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Apps (Brentwood Bay, British Columbia), who passed away on September 13, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Vera; and her son David. She is survived by: her parent Royston B. C.; her husband Ted; her daughter Brenda (Rob); and her sister Phyllis. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
