He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Mills; his parents, Thomas Mills and Winifred Mills (Kamloops); his siblings, Norman Mills (Ottawa) and Milna Young; his brother-in-law Arthur Young (Clearwater); his stepson Donald Fagg (Calgary); and his nephew Neil Stearns (Clearwater).
He is survived by: his son Alan Mills; his sister-in-law Amy Mills; and also, Ken Fagg and Gerry Fagg. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
