She was predeceased by: her parents, James O'Neill and Rosemary Hill; her stepfather Howard Hill; her brother Norman Hill; and her niece Kelly.

She is survived by: her siblings, Douglas Hill (Linda) and Valerie Wakeham (George). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family members.

Gail was active in her church before Covid.
